This training module equips participants with practical skills and tools for fundraising, donor mapping, and resource mobilization. It introduces the Business Development (BD) cycle, including strategy planning, capture planning, bidding, and project startup. Learners will explore key concepts such as proposal shredding, design calls, donor intelligence, OKRs (Objectives & Key Results), and the art of developing Pink, Green, and Red drafts for proposal quality assurance. The course emphasizes CATAI’s 2024–2028 Strategic Plan and promotes inter-departmental collaboration for effective implementation and sustainability.
